Bathroom and kitchen costs vary with the amount of tiling, the underlying materials and any previous layers. Photos and measurements are a useful start. A site assessment may be needed where the scope or conditions cannot be confirmed from the information supplied.

What we can include
Your quote will identify the items included for your project. Depending on the scope, these may cover:

- Vanities, cupboards and disconnected fixtures
- Carpet, vinyl and other specified floor finishes
- Removal and disposal of agreed demolition waste
Kitchen removal before the new fit-out
Confirm whether appliances, benchtops, splashbacks and floor finishes are to be removed or retained. Plumbing, electrical and gas connections need to be made safe before the relevant items come out. If cabinets sit over existing flooring, tell us whether that flooring is staying. Your quote can cover several rooms, but it should identify the removal extent and waste allowance for each area.
Help us quote accurately
Send photos of each room, approximate dimensions, the suburb and your builder’s planned start date. Tell us about stairs, narrow access, parking and any materials you want to retain.
Electrical, plumbing and gas services need to be safely disconnected by the relevant trades. Waterproofing, new finishes, structural work and hazardous-material removal are excluded unless separately agreed in writing.

Yes. You can send all of the rooms as one enquiry. The quote will identify the agreed demolition areas, inclusions and waste arrangements.
Can I stay in the home during the work?
That depends on the work area, access, dust, noise and available facilities. Let us know your plans so the practical arrangements can be discussed before booking.
Do you disconnect the plumbing and power?
Relevant services must be made safe by the appropriate trades. Disconnections are by others unless they are specifically included in the written scope.
